SECOND REVISED DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT ASSESSMENT

PUBLIC REVIEW:

The Second Revised Draft Environmental Impact Assessment Report (November 2011) is currently available for Public Review from the 25th November – 3rd February 2012.

Should you have any comments on the report please ensure to submit these to us in writing either on the comment sheet provided or by email to kim@chand.co.za by no later than the 3rd February 2012.

Please note that Comments are to be returned to Chand Environmental Consultants by 3rd February 2012.

OPEN HOUSE MEETING

As part of the public participation activities planned for this project, an Open House meeting is to be held on 1st December 2011 from 15h30 – 18h30 at Klapmuts Primary School (directions attached). The Open House event will provide I&APs with an opportunity to direct any queries or comments to the project team.

Note that as the Open House meeting will not involve a formal presentation as such, invitees are welcome to attend at any convenient time between 15h30 and 18h30. Informative material concerning the project will be made available in poster format. Furthermore, the project team and key environmental specialists will be available during this time should you have specific queries in relation to the project.
