When I am not taking care of domestic duties, I love yoga, pilates, movies, reading, cuisine, travel, and dancing to songs with words….so many interests… so little time!

My naughty favourite is pizza! Otherwise I love spicy food like Mexican, Indian and Thai.

Duran Duran is my all time favourite band (I am an 80’s girl after all!), but I love music across the board including some foreign artists like Khadja Nin, Eros Ramazotti, and Youssou NDour

What are your interests outside of the workplace:
I have a passion for nature and all her captivating creatures! I feel energized when I’m horse-riding, hiking or biking in the mountains. I love the creativity of photography, cooking and music, and the adventure of travel. I also have a deep interest in people and the human psyche.

My current favourite is ‘The Kite Runner’ by Khaled Hosseini.

People who celebrate the gift of life, regardless of their circumstances.

My intuition….and my Indian curries!

Any naturally beautiful get-away off the beaten track (preferably shared with my husband!).

I love anything that is fresh, homemade and spicy! My top favourites include seafood ( fresh fish braai, paella, sushi, oysters etc), fiery Indian / Thai curries and scrumptious Italian cuisine.

I have a very eclectic taste in music ranging from Van Morrison all the way to Vivaldi.

I love flowers far too much to have only one favourite although wildflowers, tulips and lilies are particularly irresistible…

Enjoy cooking and have a keen interest in all matters relating to alternative health used in conjunction with conventional medicine.

My sister in law has to be one of the most sincere, selfless and caring people I know. She manages to maintain a good balance in her life.
